Coleford Churchyard

It is perfectly possible to bury the ashes of a loved one in the churchyard at Holy Trinity. It is also possible to bury a body, but usually only if it goes into an existing grave. If you wish to discuss this with me, please either email me at [email protected] or ring me on 01373 812705.

The cemetery, which is run by Coleford Parish Council, lies to the right of Holy Trinity, if you are facing the church, and still has plenty of room. If you would like to discuss a burial there please email the Clerk to the Council, Vickie Watts on [email protected] or ring her on 07971 516916.

Peter Crawford mows the churchyard and Gerald Coles keeps our drive in good order. You can help by not just tidying the grave you have come to attend, but also by taking care of an old one which is clearly not looked after. Please always ensure that any flowers placed on graves do not have plastic on them, and if you need to put anything in a bin please ensure that you take things to bits so that flowers and plants only go in the brown bin, and other rubbish in the black bin. We have lots of positive comments about the churchyard – please do your bit to help.
